Welcome to Chillstar's official refund policy for digital products. Please read through before making a purchase.

Purchase Terms

All transactions are processed through trusted, secure payment gateways using SSL encryption. We do not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers at any point during checkout.

Once a digital product — including course access, downloads, or resource materials — has been accessed, it's considered used. Because of this, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

We're not able to take responsibility for user errors such as lost downloads, accidental deletions, or forgotten login details — we'd encourage you to save your access information and back up anything downloadable right after purchase.

Installment Plans

If you're on an installment plan (UBC's 3-month plan or Klarna), stopping payments does not cancel your purchase obligation. Those agreements are between you and the payment provider directly, separate from this refund policy.

Delivery & Support

Course access is typically granted instantly upon purchase confirmation. If you don't receive access within 24 hours, reach out to chillstarr08@gmail.com with your payment confirmation or transaction details so we can sort it out quickly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time to reflect changes in pricing, terms, or how we operate. Updates will be posted here, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
